McDonald's New Health Conscious "The Corner" Cafe

McDonalds is about to spend $1 Billion dollars re branding themselves towards a new, healthier image, and "The Corner" cafe in Sydney Australia is the first step in this journey.  The interior is based on a modern cafe, with barista's dressed not in McDonalds uniforms, but chambray shirts and denim jeans.  Yellow and red have been replaced with white tiled walls, an indoor herb garden, and a menu that features items like poached pear, fresh quinoa salads, and filtered coffee.  If you're in the area, check it out!

RVCA DOWNSTAIRS GALLERY SYDNEY OPENING

The RVCA Downstairs Gallery in Sydney recently opened up with a group show curated by Matt Rabbidge or Mild Manners.  The show includes work from both local artists, and RVCA ANP Artist Network Program artists, and will hang in the gallery for a month.  Check out pics from the show here.
